Client Challenge: The client wanted to automate the entire testing cycle which would result in

• More robust workflow implementation.
• Better user experience, rich user interface and device compatibility.
• Better visibility, tracking of the eTag movement.
• Monitoring of the eTag traffic at each stage.
• Better visibility on the schedule with test person allocation.

The Solution iLAB, our comprehensive TestLab Management System is considered because of its approach to quality and proprietary testing methodology. The solution had the following features.

• Ability to generate the order with an e-Tag that will be carry forward throughout the fulfilment process.
• Bird’s eye view of the running E-tags.
• Ability to monitor all the incoming order on dashboard categorized by priority, status, category and sub-category.
• Flexible reporting module.
• Comprehensive Analytics included for each department/process.
• Schedule jobs placed to integrate with HQ system in order to update the latest status of the eTag.

With all the basic features from iLab and a customised layout, a complete prototype was created based on the test cycle with all the required inputs.
