Challenge:

The client utilizes an ASP.NET application with an MVC framework and a database hosted on Azure Cloud, managed remotely.

Solution:

• An Azure subscription was created under the Southeast Asia Region in Singapore.
• Server hardening measures were implemented.
• Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access was restricted.
• The environment is safeguarded with Azure Security controls and internal application controls.
• Azure backup and recovery services have been activated for application and database backup.

Results:

Access to the environment has been restricted to the Websynergies network, and security measures have been enhanced to provide increased protection.
