Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking an experienced IAM Lead with 10+ years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead identity and access management functions, working closely with the IAM managed service team. This role involves overseeing IAM support tickets, driving IAM projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with IT and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a product owner for the IAM space.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with the IAM Support team.
  • Understand the user provisioning process and manage escalated IAM incidents and tickets.
  • Monitor IAM systems for data issues and document observations.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of systems architecture related to IAM.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and customer requirements.
  • Establish and audit standard operating procedures (SOPs) to define and monitor processes, ensuring customer requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IAM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, IS, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IAM best practices, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Azure, and Active Directory.
  • Proven experience in project management and leading IAM initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with food safety and quality plans, particularly in an industrial context.
