Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Consultant with a minimum of 8+ years in a JDA techno‐functional role and 10+ years’ overall experience in IT. You will utilise your expertise in JDA (Blue Yonder), Informatica, and Oracle PL/SQL to support and enhance fulfilment and ESP modules. Proficiency in UDC, UDT, and data domain creation— as well as hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, APEX, and database systems—is essential. You will also collaborate with international teams, including European stakeholders, and work with commercial and third-party software developers.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Support:

• Provide expert configuration and ongoing support for JDA (Blue Yonder) systems, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.
• Address system issues, perform routine maintenance, and support the application within the Kronos Cloud platform.

Software Development & Integration:

• Develop and maintain robust solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, APEX, and other database technologies.
• Utilise Informatica or other ETL tools for data integration and ensure seamless data domain creation (UDC, UDT).

Planning & Supply Chain:

• Apply a comprehensive understanding of tactical planning, including Master Planning and Detail Scheduling.
• Work on modules related to Demand Planning, Inventory Optimisation (IO), and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).

Collaboration & Change Management:

• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.
• Employ strong change management processes (preferably ITIL) and maintain adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a JDA techno‐functional role.
• Proficiency in JDA (Blue Yonder), Informatica, Oracle PL/SQL, fulfilment and ESP modules, UDC, UDT, and data domain creation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, APEX, and database systems.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica.
• Comprehensive understanding of tactical planning (Master Planning and Detail Scheduling) and supply chain processes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with international (European) teams and commercial or third-party software developers.
