Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR Consultant (CO) with a minimum of 8+ years’ experience as an SAP FI & CO Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the SAP Controlling (CO) module and a solid understanding of all FICO modules in SAP S4 HANA. You should be proficient in cost centre accounting, internal orders, product costing, Material Ledger, and profitability analysis (COPA), with essential experience in FI module integration with SD, MM & CO and Central Finance (CFIN).

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Process Ownership:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of FI CO processes, having completed at least two full-cycle projects.
• Manage multi-location projects and navigate multiple reporting hierarchies.

Requirement & Solution Management:

• Scope, gather, and define requirements; design and test solutions.
• Interact with functional teams at various levels and collaborate across business units.

Technical & Customisation Expertise:

• Handle interfaces and RTR customisations independently.
• Design, develop, and perform unit testing (both black box and white box) for RICEF objects.

Project Lifecycle & Support:

• Ensure completion and documentation of System Integration Testing (SIT), cutover, migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide hypercare incident resolution and manage BAU transfers effectively.

Additional Advantage:

• Experience with SAP Controlling areas such as Account Based Profitability Analysis, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and various product costing methods (MTO, MTS, Actual Costing).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience as an SAP FI & CO Functional Consultant.
• Strong technical expertise in SAP FICO within an SAP S4 HANA environment.
• Proven record in managing full-cycle implementations and multi-location projects.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
