Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Japanese and English) IT Recruiter to join our Tokyo team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent for a variety of tech roles. You will work closely with hiring managers in Japan and around the world, ensuring effective communication in both languages. Familiarity with national and international recruitment practices, as well as a strong understanding of various IT roles and ERP technologies (e.g., SAP), is essential.

Key Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and oral) is mandatory.
• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in the Japanese market.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various IT roles and ERP technologies (e.g., SAP), along with awareness of current industry trends.
• Sourcing Skills: Proven experience using job boards and social media platforms to source candidates and attract passive talent.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Japan's recruitment process, employment laws, and business etiquette.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide effective recommendations.
• Residency Requirement: Must be a resident of Japan (native Japanese or bilingual expats living in Japan).
