Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAP CO Consultant with 3–10 years’ experience, particularly in a consulting environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP CO, including the ability to configure and integrate it with other modules (SAP MM and/or SD is preferred), and a proven track record working with various clients.
Pre-requisites:
- Must have strong SAP CO working experience in a consulting environment.
- Able to configure and integrate SAP CO with other modules (SAP MM and/or SD preferred).
- Experience working with a range of clients in a consulting background.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full project lifecycle including design, data gathering, development of functional specifications, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and resolve open design issues.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems by conducting in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
- Configure SAP CO to support project scope and document the configuration rationale.
- Develop functional specifications for all relevant developments to support SAP processes.
- Develop or update relevant Master Data Standards, particularly master data to support SAP module processes.
- Be involved in the full SDLC—from gathering user requirements and project design to implementation—with strong configuration knowledge of SAP CO structures.
- Participate in project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes.
Requirements:
- Over 6 years of experience in an SAP environment and at least 3–4 years in the consulting industry.
- Participation in at least 2–3 end-to-end cycles of SAP CO implementation projects in a consulting environment.
- Confident in communicating and presenting at a business level to multinational clients.
- Experience in testing, data migration, and drafting functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- A readiness to learn and deliver additional modules.
