Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT project management professional with a passion for M&A and post-merger integration to join our team as an IT M&A & Post-Merger Integration Associate. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving IT integration strategy during M&A transactions, ensuring seamless integration of IT systems across acquired companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT PMI Coordination: Align IT teams with M&A strategy to ensure smooth post-merger transitions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with both internal and external partners across IT and business units.
• IT Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for the IT team of the acquired company.
• Governance & Oversight: Oversee the governance of the integration process and ensure successful project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5–7 years in IT project management, with exposure to M&A/PMI considered an advantage.
• Certifications: PMP or relevant project management certifications preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and IT governance knowledge.
• Languages: Japanese proficiency is an added advantage.
