Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Senior Inside Sales Executive with Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and English proficiency to join our dynamic sales team in Tokyo, Japan. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, international sales, and building strong client relationships within the IT Solutions/Services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
- Initiate and manage outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
- Handle international sales, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Work in US shifts to collaborate with global clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (JLPT N2 and above).
- Hands-on experience in lead/demand generation, cold calling, and video prospecting.
- Proficiency in IT Solutions/Services domain and familiarity with US clients.
- Energetic, self-driven, and a quick learner.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred Background:
- Any graduate/MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales.
- Experience with LinkedIn networking and outbound sales.
